Who will be our Ford Hot Shots® this year.

The Ford Hot Shots® consists of 6 events:

   
Hit and Stay
Hit and Stay
Set up the object stone on the centre line touching the back of the button
Draw the Button
Draw to the button
No object rocks in play 
Draw the Port
Draw through the Port
Draw the port with the out-turn, position the first object rock 105” from the tee-line, touching and to the left of the centre line. Position the second object rock 105” from the tee-line, touching and to the right of the four foot line. (Reverse positioning for the in-turn.) 
Raise
Raise
Position the object rock on the centre line 18” from the top of the house. 
Hit and Roll
Hit and Roll

For the in-turn Hit and Roll, position the object rock (yellow) 34” above tee-line to the right of the centre line and touching the 12 foot circle. 

For the out-turn Hit and Roll, position the object rock (black) 34” above tee-line to the left of the centre line and touching the 12 foot circle. 

Double Takeout
Double Takeout
For the in-turn double takeout, position the rocks as follows: (see yellow stones) 
  • FIRST ROCK: 4.5” above the tee-line, right of the centre line and biting the 4 foot circle 
  • SECOND ROCK: full four foot behind the tee-line left of the centre line, touching the button and 45 degrees to the first rock 

For the out-turn double takeout, position the rocks as follows: (see black stones) 

  • reverse the position of the yellow stones
